VitalitySpin CENT8 PRP Centrifuge: Specs and Setup

The VitalitySpin CENT8 is the workhorse centrifuge of the Juventix PRP line. Here is what it does and what setting it up in a practice looks like.

Eight tube capacity is the headline number. A practice running several PRP preparations in a morning can load them into one cycle rather than spinning one draw at a time.

Setup in the practice

The CENT8 is a countertop unit. Give it a stable surface near where draws happen and it becomes a fixed station in the preparation workflow. Because the centrifuge and the kits come from the same manufacturer, the spin protocol and the consumables come from one source. Run the spin settings in the kit’s instructions for use.

The consumables side

The machine is a one-time purchase; the kits and tubes are the ongoing supply. The CENT8 runs the 12 mL and 15 mL Medical PRP kits and their replacement tubes. Practices that want larger formats can ask about the CENT4-XL, the swing bucket model sized for 30 and 50 mL tubes, which we quote on request.
