Why this exists
The Regenerator is a capable machine with a dense factory manual, and a few of its details invite operator error: the five-slot lead cable is easy to mis-wire, the color rule for the pads takes some study, and on the HT+ and W programs the tingling fades partway through by design, which tempts an untrained operator to press UP when they should not. This program closes those gaps with plain instructions, checks for understanding, and a hands-on sign-off your practice runs itself.

Who can enroll
Clinic staff, and patients who operate a Regenerator under the direction of a licensed practitioner. It does not matter where you bought your device. The program trains device operation only: the prescribing clinician always chooses the program, the pad placement, and the strength level, and the hands-on sign-off is completed by your own practice or trainer.
One purchase covers one practice location, so you can train as many of your own staff there as you like. All sales are final; digital course access is non-refundable.
Common questions
I have the factory manual. Do I still need this?
The official Hako-Med User Guide remains the authoritative document, and this program is built to sit beside it, not replace it. What we add is plain language, structure, quizzes, and a sign-off process, so a new staff member can work through the material in one sitting and then complete the hands-on sign-off with your trainer.
How long does it take?
Plan on about an hour to 90 minutes for the modules and quizzes, plus a short hands-on session with your trainer for the checklist sign-off.
Is this an official Hako-Med certification?
No. This program is created by HealthWright Technologies and is not published by or endorsed by Hako-Med. The certificate records completion of our training; it is not a medical credential or license.
Does it cover billing or insurance?
No. The program covers safe device operation only. Billing and coverage questions belong with your billing team and your payers.
