The Juventix Medical PRP Kit in 15 mL is the larger of the two Medical kit sizes. The kit itself is the same system as the 12 mL version; the difference is the draw volume each preparation handles.
12 mL or 15 mL?
The decision is mostly about how much PRP your protocols call for per preparation. Practices that want more volume from each spin step up to the 15 mL kit rather than running extra preparations. Both sizes run on the same VitalitySpin CENT8 centrifuge and both are supplied as single kits containing two preparation tubes, so a practice can keep both sizes on the shelf without changing anything else in the workflow.

Juventix describes the Medical PRP kit line as progen free, triple sterilized, and single spin in under 10 minutes, with over 99% red blood cell exclusion, a two year shelf life, and no refrigeration required.
Regulatory status
Juventix states that its Medical PRP Kit line is 510(k) cleared. The manufacturer describes the clearance in three parts: the kits are cleared for the preparation of platelet rich plasma at the point of care; the PRP may be mixed with bone graft material in applicable procedures; and all other applications are off-label and not recommended or endorsed by the manufacturer. Clinical use decisions rest with the treating provider.
